Northern Virginia Range Questions

I plan to take my father to the range tomorrow. The place is called Blue Ridge Arsenal. I have some questions about it.

#1: Do we need a membership in order to use the range?
#2: Do we need a membership in order to rent the guns?
#3: Do we need a membership in order to buy the ammunition?
#4: Are there any sort of penalties for not being a member?

I've been to Blue Ridge a couple times, so I'll try to answer your questions.

#1: Do we need a membership in order to use the range? Nope
#2: Do we need a membership in order to rent the guns? Nope
#3: Do we need a membership in order to buy the ammunition? Nope
#4: Are there any sort of penalties for not being a member? Only penalties is that if theres a waitlist, members have first priority

If theres a long wait (ive seen it get to be about 2 hrs long), Silver Eagle Group is about 20 min north of there in Ashburn. They have more lanes there, so less of a wait. Most I've waited is 20 mins.
