Second handle? Are you referring to the Aimpoint Micro T-1 CQB optic?

The "brand" is a Smith Enterprise, Inc. M21A5 custom made for me on a heel stamped Ply Tech receiver.
I put the barreled action into the SAGE Mod 1 EBR stock and installed the optics, bi pod, sound suppressor etc...
