I used CPM154 and G10 to make this a Serious EDC.


Blade is 1/8 CPM 154 Heat Treated to 61 RC by Peter's Heat Treat
Pivot pin is 1/4 with Nylatron Washer
Grind is a Hollow Grind.
Blade Length is 3''
Overall is 7 1/8''
Construction is Liner Lock
Handle is Green G10
Bolster is Black G10
Clip is Titanium.
Liner, hardware and screws are Stainless Steel

Jim,

Nice looking knife. How much trouble was it to get the G10 and Ti the join smoothly?

Why the steel liners on a Ti body folder?
 
I'm not loo-kin' at your posts anymore because while my knives look like reconstituted Dino goo, yours look so dang pretty!

We are getting there my friend. Slowly, I figure I will be 98 before I can get to Jims level. :)
 
Dang, but that is a fine looking knife!

I'm still trying to find time to make a few here and there. Then I see something like this and think "Why bother, I can't do that"
