Just checked the KS Attorney Generals website, the list is no longer there. The new AG just took office, don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.
If you thought your state was on the list it might be wise to make sure before carrying into the state.

"I just spoke with CW Klebe in the Attorney Generals Office. He is the attorney in the concealed carry department that is handling reciprocity and recognition. He has informed me that the permit recognition list that was posted has been removed. He said that Paul Morrison wants to review the list before making it official. As you may already know, Paul Morrison took office at 12noon today. In addition, the ksag.org website is down right now and they are putting up a new website at the direction of Paul Morrison."
