NRA Bankruptcy denied by judge

The federal bankruptcy judge has denied the NRA’s bankruptcy filing stating that the filing was. Done in bad faith to avoid a civil claim in NY State. This could mean that the NRA is going to be **** down by a NY Court case. The story is here:

That's not too surprising and I would have to imagine the NRA expected it.

They should have moved years ago. Waiting until the Attorney General is filing lawsuits and breathing down your neck is not very smart on their part.
