U.S trustee in NRA bankruptcy recommends against NRA

The DOJ appointed trustee overseeing the facts NRA a bankruptcy case has recommended to the judge that he deny the NRA’s bankruptcy filing. The judge will rule in about a week. Article at:

if the judge rules against NRA the organization will not be able to escape the NY a attorney General’s attempt to dissolve the it. She has the judge to appoint a trustee if the bankruptcy is allowed to proceed. That trustee would have the power to fire the board and any staff.

So it looks the future of the NRA axis near being decided.
