On the upper left you can see the Hours of Operation and Range Fees. It's a very nice range but crowded so you will probably have to wait to get a lane. They also make you take a written safety test.

If you're making a long trip to get there, it's always wise to call in advance to see if there are any leagues or matches going on at the time you want to be there. There's a calendar on the bulletin board at the range, not sure if it is available online. Most every Tuesday is reserved for something other than general public shooting, but classes, etc. might occur anytime and take up several positions.
Yes, you can bring your own ammo. They do sell most popular calibers, but not at bargain prices. They provide free eye/ear protection if you forget to bring yours.
You only need to take the safety quiz the first you go there. They will issue you a card for future visits. The quiz is simple and is "open book", the answers are readily available in the classroom where you take it. Don't hesitate to ask for help. The intent is instruction not to stop any one from shooting - no one has ever failed it such that they can't shoot there.
