Does anybody participate in NRA High Power Sporting Rifle? I am very interested in getting started in the sport, but I dont really know how. There isnt much info online because it is such a small subdivision of High Power Rifle. I live in Southern California, so where would be the best place to start? Also, I have a Howa 1500 in 30-06 with a 3-9x40 scope ; would this be a good starter gun for this type of shooting?
