Stopped at a local shop the other day.

$600 for a Maadi! That's crack-headed. You can order an AR for $800. You can go to a show and buy tons of AK's for $475 that have muzzle brakes, bayonet lugs, folding stocks, etc.

Some people are still trying to ride the Obama gun wave...

Ironically, three years ago, a better looking Maadi sold for just over $200 7 miles down the road...

Wake up!

Saw a guy on Gun Broker, yeah I know, that was trying to sell his P14 rifle for $3000. I almost spewed coffee all over my key board at that one. I guess people have the right to ask whatever they want for a firearm, but sure as heck will not pay for it.

People ran out and panic-bought.
Now they're in a financial crunch and trying to unload at the same price or make a profit on what they panic-bought.
I'm hoping for market fatigue and a price drop.

Brilliant, I deserved that.

I've never seen it without Enfield in the name, so I missed it. My bad.

Now if Ammo prices would come down. I'm not sure if the Middle East Wars, affects NATO ammo round prices but it has to deplete the market to a certain extent, to where there is not glut on the market. Sorry didn't mean to hijack the thread, just AK prices have fallen into line but ammo still hasn't but it is available, where it wasn't for a while, about a year or so ago. Glad I stocked up while prices were reasonable.
