Nylon 66 magazine

Does anybody know where I can get a 10 shot magazine for the Remington nylon 66 ?
I double checked it has Mohawk 10c on it.

I think Remington still sells them, but you can look on places like Gunbroker and find them listed.

I think he means the nylon 77, Midway has them. Now finding one that will work...

I was thinking the 10c used the same 6-round magazine as the 511 and 513T. Those should be available at Midway or Numrich. Aren't the 10-rounders after market? If so, who knows how they'll function. Hope my memory's not too far off.

No, they do not.

And in the last 15 years I have yet to find a Nylon 77 magazine that actually worked in my Nylon 77.

I did find them at midway.Has anybody had problems with the 10 shot mags from them.Or are they good to go.

You are correct in that the 511 & 513 mags do not work. And Yes Midway does carry them as does Natchez and Brownells, most any shop can order them as well. I've got 4 of them now & they all work fine with no problems.

No, they do not.

My bad, it's the Nylon 11 that uses that mag. Sorry for the wrong info.

I always wanted a Nylon 66 since I was as kid. Today they have taken on somewhat of a collector's status. Mint examples get some premium pricing.

AKB - You should have someone take a picture of the rifle and upload it to this site. You know my email address so you can send it to me and I can post it too.

That way people can see the exact rifle you are asking about. I think there may be a small chance there is some confusion of which rifle you really do have and that could affect which magazine you are trying to buy.

Remington made a Nylon semi auto clip feed "5 round & 10 round available", Model number Nylon 77, this was available from 1970 - 72. Later in 1972 Remington renamed it the Mohawk 10C, same rifle, renamed. I have one of the C10 rifles, good woods gun other than that nothing spectacular.
