Obama's Plan for our Guns

Obama believes in change alright. A big part of that has to do with our gun rights and the 2nd Amendment in general. I just received my "American Rifleman" magazine today. In it is Obama's 10 point plan to "change" the 2nd amendment. The list is as follows:

Ban use of firearms for home self-defence.

Pass Federal laws eliminating your Right-to-Carry.

Ban the manufacture, sale, and possession of handguns.

Close down 90% of the gun shops in America.

Ban rifle ammunition commonly used for hunting and sport shooting.

Increace federal taxes on guns and ammunition by 500%.

Restore voting rights for five million criminals including those who have been convicted of using a gun to commit a violent crime.

Expand the Clinton semi-auto ban to include millions more firearms.

Mandate a government-issued license to purchase a firearm.

Appoint judges to the U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Judiciary who share his views on the 2nd Amendment.

The only other thing I can say is to spread the word. I believe Obama will destroy this country. Though I haven't decided if he is the puppeteer or the puppet of the liberal agenda. One way or the other the end is the same. Let everyone know the true danger or 2nd Amendment rights in if Obama gets into office.

If the dems win enough that they don't need moderate Democrats they could get a AWB in a month.. ..

I have got to say, even though I am opposed to Obama becoming president, and even though I am a Lifetime NRA Member, that I am surprised the NRA was able to find Obama's 10 point plan for our firearms. I mean, think about it, has Obama come out with a plan on anything else at all? I have heard some of his speeches, and some of the thing with him and McCain the other night, and as far as I can tell Obama has been all non-specific campaign promises and campaign rhetoric without once ever telling any of us what are his actual plans on any issue. So it just amazes me that the NRA was able to do the detective work to drag his plan out of him regarding how he wants to take away our firearms. I don't doubt that is what he wants to do, I just question the authenticity of the so called 10 point plan.

Anyone who doesn't already know that Obama is a gun-grabber is plainly not paying attention.

That said, we've got a moratorium on purely political threads.
