I’m making a cartridge collection (or a pitcher to hang on the wall) and I’m would like to go big really big, And wow so much I am still missing! Sure 270, 30-06, 257R, 308. Yes I have those +more, but still need tons more one cartridges loaded with a bullet. (Primer and power not needed but would be fine). Their are hundreds more calibers and I have some time.

But take the weatherby or a lapua mag Box of 20 +\-$100. I need 1 even just a case and I’ll drop in the lead.

past that were do you find say the 600 nitro express I need only one. If it is not common I might just need it. so any suggestions to get this goal well on it way with out breaking the bank??

Try snap caps. You can get them one or two at a time. Repaint, mount in a shadow box and no one will know they are not real.

It's hard to tell, but it sounds like you are building a cartridge collection? I believe there are places on the Internet where people get together to swap cartridges. I'd try Googling "collector cartridge forum" or something similar. Or, if you know enough people interested, you could always buy a box and split it.

I found looking in the same place others have or are looking is usually a bad idea but thank you *HGM22* and I will try Google most of what I need is obsolete.

Be prepared to drop some coin. I've been at it a long time, proably have around 300. Now I'm into the obscure & really expensive ones. Might finish before I die, will probably have $5k or $6k into it.
