On a lark I purchased an OP in .38-200. The problem is when attempting Double Action (and for that matter SA as well) pull, four times out of six I would describe as reasonable, the fifth as somewhat difficult and the sixth as darn near impossible. There appears to be a dragline on the business end of the cylinder for about 300 degrees across the outside of the chambers. It does not appear excentric. There is a perceptable back-and-forth movement of the cylinder. Holding the cylinder rearward while putting through its DA paces does not seem to make this go away.
Any insight on this appreciated.
Thanks,
Waidmann
