What is the current status of this? I know I have only heard it discussed once about a month ago. Here is a link to the bill:

What is the chances of this passing? What type of opposition is it facing?

I pray it doesn't pass... but if it does, it only reinforeces my desire to leave this state.

Could go either way. The CCW crowd may say we got CCW, so who cares. Or the politicians make take the gun rights supporters seriously and vote this down.

After the AWB sunsets, t he AWB fight will be at the state level, rest assured.

I emailed my Ohio Senator Shuler and he said he would oppose any such measure. I believe he also said it was being review by the criminal justice committe or something like that.
