Ohio gun shop opinions wanted

Where are they located? I believe there was an Accurate Arms (but may have been Accurate Firearms) in Columbia Station (Lorain County) that closed within the past year. A branch of B&T from Middleburg Heights just opened a month or so in their location.
I've been there. Very small shop, small selection, a lot of used guns. Generally above average in price as compared to other shops (with the exception of Atlantic Gun and Tackle, against them, he looks like a bargain). I've known the owner for some time (not personally but through gun shops, shows, shooting, etc.) as an acquaintance. He use to work at Erie Gun on Rt. 82 before it closed down (though I think he left that place well before it went under). He had also wprked at The Gun Shop on Rt. 42 (Pearl Rd.) in Parma for a short period. (That shop also eventually shut down by the ATF (I was told) on record keeping technicallities a couple years ago.)
Oddly, I bumped into him on a clays outing at Hill 'N Dale in Medina, OH set up by a vendor where I had worked at. He was in the group I was shooting in. Nice enough guy, slightly overweight, balding, thick glasses (appear to be far sighted).
If you'd like, I can list some other shops to look into if you are visiting this area.

well he has a shotgun I'm interested in, states on his ad that it is NIB and the price is a little bit above what I see someone else selling the same gun that is in 98% condition so the pricing seems right.
I'm just wondering about the NIB claim and since I'm not there physically, I can't really check that claim. I just wanted an honest opinion on this guy, whether he is a straight shooter or someone looking to make a buck anyway he can. Or find people who bought guns from him and had good/bad opinions.
