Ohio: Gunsmith Dick Philips at Stonewall ?

Has anyone used gunsmith Dick Philips at the Stonewall range in Broadview Heights, Ohio?

He mainly only does trigger jobs and that's what I want for a S&W revolver. It would sure beat sending my piece away in the mail.
