Ohio: Man snagged by vehicle open-carry requirement

So what's up aready?

Has anything happened on this lately?

Also, we in Ohio IMO, need to "target" SOME politician - the worst anti-firearm judge, state rep, state senator, police chief, sheriff - whatever. Then we need to WORK all donate 2-8 hours to the opposition of said encumbent to get him/her elected - just as a warning shot across the bow of the politicians, as a "you could be next".

So who's term is up in 1-2 years? Any suggestions?

I KNOW the Pink Pistols will be doing this.... things have just been too busy this year for us to pull it together, plus we're figuring out how to appropriately "spank" the Cleveland Plain Dealer for publishing the list of CHL Holders.... IOW, our plate was too full THIS year....

But we're good to tear down one politician ... preferably in the primary any ideas? Anyone?

The problem is that if we publically declare a target, the Antis will know we have thrown down and will then know who they have to back with their full force to make the Pro-RKBA side look like a paper tiger.

I'm not saying this is a bad idea. I'm just pointing out a possible drawback.

Also, I'm very interested in hearing whats upw ith this case.

Mike

I don't have anything constructive to add to this thread, and am posting only in a blatant attempt to share the quote in my sig line with everyone.

The U.S. Postal Service issued a stamp honoring the one hundredth anniversary of the first flight by the Wright Brothers. The first man in powered flight was from Ohio, the first man ever to orbit Earth was from Ohio, and the first man on the moon was from Ohio. It sounds like a lot of people are trying to get out of Ohio. -- Argus Hamilton

I carry a USP45 in a Milt Sparks VMII, however when in the car I switch to a cheapo thigh holster. Once I reach my destination (grocery store) it's just loads of fun transfering the pistol back to my VMII without being seen by everybody in the parking lot.:banghead:

ProGlock, you do know that our courts have already decided that this no longer applies, don't you?

It is called "the war on drugs". They are allowed to confiscate ANYTHING without any court proceedings or compensation, as long as they say that drugs were suspected. Not even found, just suspected.

So the court can keep the gun in this case as long as they say the CHL holder looked like he was the type that uses drugs.

No proof, charges or trial is then needed.

Thanks, courts!
