Good news for all of us in PA that are close to Ohio. According to this they now recognized all CCL's, they cite (R.C. 109.69(B)(3)) which I am guessing is the bill or the penial code.

Except in Cleveland, where they just passed a city ordinance banning all concealed carry. ( This in spite of the state having preemption. I await the fireworks when somebody gets arrested for carrying concealed in Cleveland.)

Clevelsbd's lehislation will last about 30 seconds when challenged in court. They're morons.

how much money will the city of Cleveland have to pay when somebody is arrested for ccw with a permit?

I live in Ohio, near Cleveland (but not within the boundaries). I don't understand that last quote. Isn't it prohibited to carry a gun without a CCW anyway? I guess I'm missing the distinction.

Many of the laws passed are word-for-word the same as the state laws. Now Cleveland can charge people using city ordinances instead of state law and the city can collect the fines.
