not in the market, but curious.

Assuming I wanted a micro Beretta, the Tomcat is out... I don't want to spend $500 on an INOX .32 just to be sure it won't crack on me. That aside, there are cheaper alternatives in better calibers like the LCP (you can believe I'll be buying that one).

So the Bobcat is the only one left on the Beretta list, and I WOULD consider buying one of these at some point, especially the .22LR version for plinking and as a BUG perhaps. I've read much more positive info on the Bobcat, but I'd love to read more.

Now, I know nothing under .32 has ever killed anybody, but still, caliber wars aside, I want to know about this gun.

Wife had one in .25 for a while. Was picky about ammo- had frequent stovepipe jams with WWB. Otherwise very nice and reliable with most other ammo.

I bought a used Bobcat .22lr twenty years ago. It is the only Beretta I've ever owned that I truly liked.

This gun has never had a failure to feed or eject that I can recall. It is more accurate than it has a right to be or perhaps I should say it is very shootable.

I have a range at home and I've taught a couple of generations of kids to shoot starting them with the little Bobcat. The small size is just right for their small hands.

But what you want to know is whether or not the gun is reliable and accurate. Based on my single example I would have to give an unqualified "Yes".
