What is the difference between the EAA/Tanfoglio Stock2 and the Match, other than the Stock 2 being a unicorn gun?

I don't know since neither of them are CZs

This is the correct answer :)

I don't know about the Stock 2, but I have the Elite Match and Stock in .45ACP. The stock is like the CZ-75 in that its DA/SA without a decocker, where the Match is SA only. Also the Stock has a higher polish, marginally better sights, stainless instead of black finished slide, conical bull barrel, and arguably better grips.

Long dust cover and bull barrel on Stock II. .

The "Match" looks like it dates back to 1986 and just adds a beavertail, better sights, and controls to their CZ clone.

That's just eyeballing their respective pages on the Tanfoglio web site.

EAA is just an importer Tanfoglio is the company that makes the witness

I believe EAA is THE importer of Tanfoglio pistols in the US. Which is too bad, as while Tanfoglio makes some very nice pistols, EAA is generally regarded as among the worst in customer service and support.
