I recently bought a bersa thunder 45acp compact and wow,this gun shoots with better accuracy then my kimber cdp 2, a lot smoother then any of my rugers actions and the trigger pulls like butter all with very little recoil or muzzel flip.I ve only fired a couple hundred rounds of WWB 230 gr. FMJ but so far have had zero failures.The bersa feels good in my hands and seems to be well built ,has poly grips but stainless slide.When loaded has a nice centered balance,has the U type rear site with single dot front site like a glock.Fits perfectly in my uncle mikes sidekick holster and is light enough for carry.Has a very easy field strip,rack the slide back to the release,push the release up and slide it apart your done.I cant get over how nice this little puppy is and all for 339.00 dollars .One draw back is ,if you want another mag from bersa ,there going to hit you up for another 50.00 bucks.Still it's worth the money.

I personally think these guns are very good buys for somebody not wishing to spend the equivelent of a house payment on one handgun.
They are decent,fairly well made, and reliable with the right ammunition.
I also think, from a gunsmiths perspective, that they suck if you ever need to have the pistol worked on.
