I'm in Houston, TX. I sent a Cashier's check for full payment to the dealer last week in MN. The MN dealer shipped the new rifle to my transfer agent here in Houston. The post office has tracking for it as of yesterday, Monday at 11:48AM. It is now Tuesday at 7:45 PM, and my trasfer agent says he has received no notice from the mail carrier yesterday or up to this point today, Tuesday.

It is now Tuesday, May 25th, at 7:45PM, and the tracking at the USPS websight says:

"Delivery status not updated as of May 24, 2010, 11:42 pm"

"Out for Delivery or Available at PO Box, May 24, 2010, 9:42 am, HOUSTON, TX 77014"

I called the MN dealer who says it was sent without insurance or signiture-required. He just plain ole shipped it with tracking.
I'm starting to worry now if it's been lost/stolen in the mail. QUESTION: If it's lost, am I the one who gets screwed for $900 ??
