Stop by a friend's place and he says "I got something for ya". Carries in this huge cardboard box. I open it up...hundreds of rounds of 12ga. 3", mag, some short stuff, slugs, 00... I haven't even started to check out what all is here. Said his mom was going to throw it all in the trash!

OK, dumpster diving potentially just gained new appeal!

omg....

i'm still drooling at what must be in my families best friends house. My semi-mentor and 2nd dad died ages ago... i never knew what his gun collection was until his son(i dated the guys daughter) started taking an intrest in guns.

if you can imagine a real skinny wanna be goth computer geek.... this is the guys son. (needless to say things would have been different if dad had been around for those late teenage years)

i still shiver when i see him handle firearms... but i sure do TRY to help him out on what is correct, how to clean, proper four rules ... etc...

<sigh>

there are some VERY nice guns i'd like to aquire....
