OK who has 55g FMJBT bullets in stock now??

I am having a hard time finding 223 55g FMJBT bullets from Hornady, Remington, or anyone else. I have checked on Midway, Grafs, and Wideners, and am coming up empty, and they aren't expecting any til the end of the month.

Does anyone know of a place that has some in stock now?

Also, on Wideners website I found some surplus military 55g bullets M193. They are in this link:

Who made them? Are the any good?

Good luck, I placed backorders with Cabelas for 2k to avoid running out. It took 5 weeks to come in.

Well, the pic looks an awful lot like the Hornady 55 gr FMJBT I get in bulk from Midsouth Shooters Supply. The description says 'milspec', so if you are not shooting these for a BR match, my guess is they should be fine. I've dealt with Wideners in the past, and it was all good.

my experience with wideners has been mixed, but their prices are occasionally great enough that i put up with them.

That expensive. I bought new (not pulled) M855 for $65 per 1000 from RVOW. When they have pulled, they run $40/M.

Wideners has been good in the past about giving accurate info on the bullets and surplus ammo they sell. They say these are first quality, so I would be inclined to believe them based on past experience with Wideners.

Just got an email for Midsouth, back in stock. $15.64/250, which works out to about $63/1000. Low stock, though.
