Got the grips for that are on it now for $10!!

There seem to be a lot of those on the market recently. I had one marked "Treasury Department Secret Service" until I sold it to a serious Colt collector. I figured he'd appreciate it more than I did. Then just today I saw one marked "N.Y.S.T." (New York State Troopers, I've been told).

Nice one you got there. Enjoy it.

That's a fine example of the ART of gun making! A true gunsmith/gunsmiths hand fit and assembled that revolver in a way that is a lost art. Never again will we see production guns made that way. Every gun enthusiast owes it to him/herself to own at least one gun from that era.

Those production revolvers represent what would be considered these days a custom gun!
The quality becomes obvious the second one picks up the gun for the first time. Working the action further proves what the eye can't see. You have there a revolver your heirs will cherish forever.
