Ok, for you seasoned folks that are familiar with this powder. This is a can of RX-11 that has been in storage since at least 1987. Was gonna load up some 30-30 just to try it and noticed something when I poured some out. I don't smell anything amis, and no red dust but I did notice a few of these red particles. Load it or fertilizer?

Thanks Blue68f100!,
I did some internet searching and found one video where the guy says those red grains are "identifiers". I know I've seen this with Herco shotgun powders, but was not aware that any rifle powders had this.
Of course, I'm pretty sure this powder is mid to late 60's vintage, and I wasn't born yet. LoL.
I went ahead and loaded some 30-30 with Hornady 160ftx starting at 31gr and topping at 35, which is what my Lyman 44th edition lists as max for a 150gr jacketed bullet and Rx-11. I'll share the chrono data when I get it.

BTW, I took my drivers test in my grandad's 1970 F100, blue, 390, 3sp on the column.
