old spanish & rusian revolvers identity

saw two revolvers that looked interesting but need info about them if possible.
is ammo available they both look to be in good shape not 100% shure about the last set of markings on the spannish. vission not what it used to be!

1) spanish - Garate Anitua & cs Eiber 32/20 us service ctgs
2) rusian - Rusia 7.62 x 38R CAI Georgia VT and a star symbol with an arrow inside pointed up
 
The 2nd is a run-of-the-mill Nagant revolver. You can get 'em for about ninety bucks from various sources, and IIRC they can fire .32 S&W Long as well as the Nagant cartridge. A quick Google will tell you more if you care to know.
