Hey folks, looking for guidance. I’ve had a Bushnell Phantom handgun scope that I’ve had new/unused in safe since ‘70s. It looks similar to this model. I wish to mount it on a .22 rifle w/grooved receiver. What mounts can I use?? Thank you in advance for your time!

You can get Dove Tail Rings from a number of suppliers, but CNB is correct, with the long eye relief, you may not be able to mount it far enough forward. You might want to consider an inexpensive Simmons RIM Fire Scope that comes with Dove Tail Rings and save the expense of the rings.

OP Here, thanks for responses. I was going to try a “scout rifle” type mounting, but maybe not far enough forward. Carl is right, it has a rail built into and protrudes from the bottom of the 7/8” tube. I already have a rim fire scope on the pump, maybe I’ll sell the scope and do a 10/22 project. RK rings won’t fit it due to rail. Thanks guys!

I don't know the eye relief on that scope. I've got one handgun scope where the eye relief starts at about 8" and actually makes a good scout scope, but all the rest of my handgun scopes have eye reliefs that start at around the 12" range and don't make good scout scopes.
