Hi, New member, and as luck would have it, I'm cleaning up a sheridan blue streak (c model ?),Early 70's. . . Serial # 022911 . Aside from that I hope there's lots of interest here about air guns... with laws getting stricter and places to practice marksmanship fewer, these weapons are making more and more sense. Hope others will join in and share makes and brands, upgrades,repairs and info. Thanks guys

I came into a C model last year, sn. 26*,***. I'm heavily into springers but this came to me free. A good gun but pumping up takes longer. Do not go for the myth of over pumping for greater velocity. 8-9 will give max. Any more and you have to over come chamber pressure to release the valve and you will actually have lower velocity. Mine is a 20 caliber so getting pellets locally was expensive.
Great rifle....this section it seems to be feast or famine...but some of us here do enjoy our air guns quite a bit.
I can't think of the last time I shot a powder burner, but not a day goes by that I don't send at least 100 rounds down the barrel of an air rifle.....and you can do it in your basement.

Well I'm just getting into airguns and find that they have a lot going for them. The pump guns are one thing, the springers another, but PCP.. pre charged pneumatic are a whole new dimension. I've a Sam Yang .357, a Benjamine .25 Marauder, two Xisco, 1 .22 and a parts bin .25
This is not a cheap sport by any means but it sure is a fun one and if you like guns... as townsend whelen once said... only accurate rifles are interesting and these are that....
