I do not know what is involved in the export of rifle brass, but you will want to look at:

The problem in ebay is hte people don´t want to send outside of USA....

And in Spain every things is more expensive than in USA

I was speaking with USPS and they told me there isn´t any problem to send once fired brass because don´t have anything explosive.(nO powder or primers)

Can somebody tell me one place to buy once fired brass but boxer primed??

how much do you need? i could spare about 150 pieces to get you started. if shipping is reasonable i'll just send it to you.

i've never shipped international though, and it might be a waste to send such a small amount

most of the brass over here is all boxer i dont think i've ever seen actual brass with berdan primers, just steel with berdan.

I think all retail once fired .223 brass will be Boxer primer pockets.
