A hearty vote for Lyman's 49th reloading manual.
It gives a LOT of good reloading information (like how-to)
and has far more recipes than any of the Bullet mfgs books.
My 2nd fav is the caliber specific books from LoadBooks USA.
But they have recipes only, no how-to on reloading.
