I just ordered (from the local 'pusher') a Ruger super single six. It will be SS, have adjustable sights, both .22LR and .22Mag cylinders and a 5 1/2" barrel. I wanted the 6.5" but the supplier was out.

Should be a fun gun to have on hand in the woods.

Due date is tomorrow.

I've had one since the early seventies and I'm sure you'll be glad you got one. Lots of fun and great utility. The Super Single Six, with the auxiliarly cylinder, is a strong candidate for the perennial question: "If you could only have one gun..."

Congratulations, they're are a joy and fun to shoot. I have the blued version with both cylinders. I put these old Jay Scott grips on it to dress it up a little.
