One size shot

The famous shotgun guru, Jack O'Connor, in his "Shotgun Book" stated that if he could have only one size shot it would lay between 6s and 7 1/2s. In fact, those are the only two sizes of shot that I have in my house because they cover pertnear everything except waterfowl.

if i had to choose one.. i'd be in trouble. I have a 5 gallon bucket in my basement filled with 4 - 9 shot.

don't hate me cause i'm cheep. (just hate me cause I don't know how to spell cheap.)

+1 on the 5s !! it will take just about anything.

If waterfowl only: LEAD #4s (used to take any waterfowl before steel was mandated)-if nontoxic, then heavishot. :(
If upland only: #6 copperplated will kill any upland game.
