Bear, you old dog, I just bought a new milspec.

Where are you? I need to come up, it needs some smoothing out, and I don't want to mail the pieces anywhere.

We moved over to Mountlake Terrace. Still getting everything unpacked.

Let me see what happening on Sunday. Perhaps we could get together then.

Saturday morning we're going to Monroe for the Show. If you wanted to get together then we could out to the pit afterwards.

Dave Sample's next Online class is now booked.

Jammer- The answer to your question is yes.

I also do a lot of things with my 1911s with the firing pin removed.

For anyone wreckless enough to set headspace by merely dropping a cartridge into the barrel, removal of the firing pin from the gun is probably the safest thing they can do.

Provided they leave it out until headspace has been properly determined.

I thought that was "reckless", not "wreckless".

I mean, wouldn't "wreckless" indicate an absence of wrecks?

Thanks, Taylor, I was pretty sure of the answer.

Does he still teach mailing hammers out to have the hooks squared?

Hold yer Fire!

Ai'ght guys...Since the class is filled and the thread has served its purpose...and it looks like it's startin' to draw more heat than light...it's probably a good idea to lock'er up before she goes hot.

Cheers!
