Mistakenly bought ten boxes of 222 Rem instead of 223. Must not have had my reading glasses on. Anyway, barring a successful attempt to cancel the order, who makes a nice rifle in that caliber? It seems CZ does...any other great ideas?
Thanks!

I don't know, never had one. I must say however I am intrigued with your solution - don't sell the ammo, buy a rifle. I Like your style.

I like the way you think! That's the ideal way to solve that problem. It'd be nice if I accidentally bought some 30-30, because I've been wanting a Henry lever gun.

Ahh, I've been there before. I bought a box of 20 gauge slugs by accident. Went back to the store and got a 20 gauge 870. Shot them, then sold the gun to a friend.

But to answer your question, Savage makes one. It's the model 25 or something like that.

Well I must say I have seen lots of 22wmr and 17hmr on the shelves and that has intrigued me a bit, had me looking at rifles in those calibers...but the 222 thing caught me by surprise, but not too badly. It can't be too far different than owning two 6.5 swedes, can it?

That's how I ended up with a .32acp section in the handgun cabinet.

A single round, found on the range table and tossed in the pistol box a few years ago. It sat in the "gun stuff" for months, until I just HAD to pick up a 32 to go with it.

Now I have .32acp guns ranging from 100 years old to modern production. And an ammo can full of ammo (yeah, I'm running low on .32)

Wonder if my wife will buy this argument.... honey, I just bought a box of .50 cal by mistake. They wouldn't let me return it, so guess what?
