open top mag pouches

who makes a good open top mag pouch,for 45acp single stack mags. wanting a double (2) mag pouch. these were big a few years back ,with the speed shooters.
needs to fit duty belt-2 1/4- wide. plain black finish-leather moulded nylon?

Is Kydex OK?
I think the Blade Tech Tek-Lok gear will fit a 2.25" belt.

I just bought one from Don Humes, its leather with a clip on. Cost $30 aint cheap but nice and fits well. Easy to clip on and go.
