Yesterday at the Houston gun show, I was all set to buy a 380 Bersa duo tone for $179. Found the one w/ the best finish, and filled out the paperwork. HAd the lady cut the safety strap on it, though, and I tried the trigger. The SA trigger was horrible. It actually wobbled a bit and was VERY gritty, and it seemed to "catch" 1 time right before the hammer dropped. Is this normal for that gun?

Bersa Problems

Funny you should mention the trigger problems - my Bersa's trigger mechanism broke after about 1200 rounds.

I'm still debating whether to get it fixed or not now that I have my Mak :D

Suposedly the little E clip that holds the trigger link in place is prone to breakage. Luckly this part is avalible at any autoparts or hardware store. I really enjoy my thunder 380 DLX.

A trip to a auto part store will get you some. No need to waste all that money on shipping.

Mannlicher Have you ever owned a Bersa or do you just bad mouth to bad mouth. As for the 380 Please show me case were BG took 2 or more rounds in chest and continued his attack, And harmed or killed the 380 shooter. I don't want hearsay just facts.. Not saying hasn't happened but 45 ,357,9, 40 they all have failed also.
