I don't care for holsters that leave the barrel exposed. I consider it a real possibility you could launch your pistol out of the holster if you catch the muzzle on the arm of a chair, or similar object, when sitting down.

Kydex seems like such a natural for Glocks.

The Raven Concealment Phantom will allow you to wear one holster either Inside the WaistBand (IWB) or Outside the WaistBand (OWB) by just changing out the attachments. You can also adjust ride height and cant by moving the attachments.

This is an excellent holster for a first time owner since it lets you try out so many options with just the expense of one holster and some attachments.

The Wilderness 5-stitch Instructor belt is an excellent match for that pistol and holster combo.

Given the choice of the two, I would much rather have the Blackhawk, which is a full coverage belt slide, than the "Yaqui" style, for this reason:

As well, if your cover garment rides up for whatever reason, instead of the bottom of the holster, people will see the bottom of your gun.
