Opinion On Marlin Lever Action

Deckrd. ammo engine has done that to me a few times. They list the bullet weight for the round number.

I'll keep an eye out for that next time. Still, I don't think .30-30 is too expensive when it comes to center fire ammo. Sure if you're going to run through a few hundred rounds during a range session, but sometimes I like to plink with something bigger.

Yeah due to the cost I do not shoot it much. But it's a blast to shoot it now and then.

Good reason to start reloading... Factory equivalent ammo for about 30 cents a shot or less, cast your own and that can get down around a dime each. CCI mini mag 22lr is almost that these days....

So many levers, so little cash!

If you cast and reload, a 30-30 is a really great gun for plinking and hunting. And neither of those hobbies are that hard to do.
