One of my step daughters "good friends" directed my attention to a "not so good friend" of her's Myspace site, where this clown has posted up pics of himself posing with what is clearly a Sig Sauer P229 (and he boasted it was in fact a P229 on the site).

I copied the pic and sent it along with an email that expressed my fears and feelings to the police department (as well as CCing my County's elected Counselman on the email). I also quoted the statue in which posession of a handgun within the Commonwealth of VA is a crime.

Now this kid is well known to the police. 100% criminal just waiting to to turn 18 and go to the big house. A true prouduct of no parental guidance, the welfare and legal systems as we know it, letting real criminals get away with doing what ever they want.
Things like:
Oh you cruised Myspace and coerced a 12yr old girl over to your house and you and your buddies gang banged her? Here's some probation.
You beat your girlfried up and broke some of her ribs? Here's some more probation.
You broke into a house? Guess what, here's some probation.

These are the crimes I KNOW he has been convicted of because his adopted mother told me... You heard that right she is his guardian because his dad is doing 17yrs for something (she wouldn't elaborate) and mom is quote "a drug addict". Everything has a plausible explanation too... none of it is his fault of course. He dosent go to school, runs the streets everyday with a bunch of guys all wearing red claiming to be the BLOODS... Police response, sorry we can't do anything about that.

So this was the best I could do. What does THR think think outcome will be?

I don't want to be posting up pics of minors even criminals ones on a public forum (even thou he did). Not sure of the legal rammifications for myself on that one.
