Opinions on Savage 64 F

I'm thinking about buying a Savage 64 F for some backyard plinking and maybe a bit of coon and rabbit control. What does everyone think of the Savage 64 F? Is it reliable with a variety of ammunition, and how is the quality of the gun i.e. will it last? Thanks

I have shoot some. 1 very accurite. Made in Canada, if kept clean will do great. Never have collector value. Most of my fav. rifles don,t.

I bought the Stevens version second hand from a friend. Since then I've fired the rifle about 500 times with rarely a hiccup. Keeping it clean and oiled is the key to 100% reliability. Accurasy is outstanding!
