I have an early model P99(with the proprietary rails) that I enjoy.Put about 80 rds. of FMJ through flawlessly.Its light weight which is a plus for carry.Great ergonomics and accuracy.Sweet trigger also.
I've shot one in 40 S&W. It kicks quite a bit with 180 grain bullets but its just fine with the lighter bullet weights. I think it's the best polymer frame gun available, however I have not shot the Taurus 24/7 Pro yet.
