I have ordered from them many, many, many times. They have always shipped extremely fast. Price matched any deal I sent to them. Issued refunds on returns promptly. Responded promptly to emails.
They are my main retailer when it comes to scopes due to them price matching with no hesitation. They have contacted me before reference items not in stock. But it was very soon after I placed the order. They shipped the rest of my order and canceled the back-ordered item with no problem. I would never hesitate to deal with them. Just my experiences
