This is my 1st semi-auto weapon like this. I have owned semi-auto deer rifles but nothing in a "Homeland Defense Rifle" class. Everything I have read has stated they are excellent weapons for the money. I bought one of the few left that Classic had in stock and for 399. I could not pass on it.

I'm hoping its hear by Friday but we will see.

Once I get it to the range, I'll post up a report.

It's not an "assault class" anything.

It's a semi auto sporting rifle. Or.. If you prefer a home land defense rifle.

But seriously, that's a cool rifle. It's a semi auto RPK.

Congrats...have a great time shooting!I have both a AES-10 (yeah it is kinda junky...I know,I know) and a 10B (thicker barrel and bipod to the front like the upper pic).I have a load of fun with both them.
 
Nice gun.. anyone else think "Homeland Defense Rifle" sounds ridiculous though? How about just rifle? Clean, simple, and to the point.

Edit.. ah screw it. I don't care what goofy name is used. I'll just call it a rifle though.
