Harris Bipod. A 9-13 is good if you will be prone postition and/or shooting off of something (like a vehicle, if that is allowed in your state) or out your house window -- also if that's allowed in your neighborhood.

yea the bipod in your link is great for benchrest. and those 6 bolt rings stay tight. good choice. Ide go with it
 
The Burris tactical rings are good, personally I think the Zee rings with the inserts are the way to go, I'm in the process of switching most of my rifles to those.
