Oregon to Allow Permit Holders from other states to carry?

I have a friend in Oregon that said he thought he heard something that Oregon's got somethign in the works about allowing Permit holders of some differnt states going to be allowed to carry in oregon. LIke a reciprosity or something. Has anyone heard this. I think he said he read it on NRA website but hadnt heard anythign furthur about this?

There is a bill that has passed the house and is at the senate that would recognize other states CPL's, yes. Not a done deal yet, only half way there (or 1/3 if you count the governor)
