can anybody give me the real facts ? i have heard a rumor going around that a person selling reloading componets to the state of mass., must have a FFL .... I heard THE ATT. GEN, is going after these sales, that don't have one... it was supposedly a old law on books not being enforced..... i can't find it in the state law book thanks

Real facts ? There are few when dealing with Ma. gun law. But our last AG went after any one selling Any components mail order to mass. The argument was one needs a Ma. licence to sell ammo to us via the mail , but there is no provision in reality to get one unless you live here.

The threat of lawsuit prompted the big companies to withdraw all service to the state. Several smaller companies do it anyway.

If one perused the Mass Law section on Northeastshooters.com , you'll find some lawyers perspective & actual law links.

edit to add - the FFL requirement is a mistake.

Like I said before , you just aren't supposed to help us at all , no lead , or brass, or powder ...

It's perfectly legal for me to drive into NH or Me. and buy whatever i want , with no ID. But if i try to buy it mail order the seller may get bullied by the new AG. No one has tried her out yet. ...

my how sad the state that was so instrumental in fighting for the creation of our country has become...
