Art invited me to post photos some time, this is the easiest format for my Africa stuff, I put together this slide show. I'll do a Northern Canada / subarctic compilation down the road as well. This is all scenery, I'll have to add hunting specific ones to the thread individually.

Be sure to select the high quality / 1080p from the bottom right hand options, or a lot of the good stuff will be lost. :)

A bit macabre but fascinating, a Baboon's hand in Zimbabwe, it was literally tearing up the camp in a frenzy.

My dad wanted a baboon to mount but couldn't hit one at long range so the guide took my dad's .30-06 and shot one through the face at 600+ yards. He brought it down (eventually) and the face was too messed up to mount so my dad had ash trays made out of the baboon's hands.
Those are some nasty-looking critters up close.

I always wanted to know how to fit a giraffe in a sub-compact. :)

Cool pictures. Hopefully I'll get to someday.

No schmos here just good people- if you like outdoors, hunting, and shooting you're living the life too. We're blessed to be able to enjoy the great outdoors in all ways we do, be that a hog hunt with family or a fishing trip with friends, or Africa. Thanks for the kind words!
