Would like to know if anyone has seen replacement grips for a Ruger SBH with the bisley grips? I put the Hogue finger grips on my Ruger BH and really like the way they fill large hands. Both revolvers have 7.5" barrels and the original grips don't give adequate control. BTW, both revolvers are .45 colt.

Perhaps it's just me but your question is confusing.

Super Blackhawk revolvers are only made in .44 Magnum.

I haven't seen any oversized stocks for the Bisley gripframe, but that doesn't mean someone doesn't make them.

If you like the Hogue grips you put on your other Blackhawk then you could just buy a new standard gripframe to replace the Bisley gripframe on the other and then put the same type of Hogues on it as well.

Hopefully this helps.

I'd like to keep the bisley style but enlarge the grips. Someone will probably offer them soon. They did offer the SB Hunter in .45 Colt last early this year. I suppose they are still available.

I tried a set of Hogues fingergrooved stocks on my Bisley some years ago. As for me the only good thing about them was the filler behind the triggerguard. They didn't fit the frame very good and I had to do a little modification to tighten them up. Hogues just aren't for me so after a short time of putting up with them I tossed them and went back to the factory stocks.

Blues,
The Bisleys are Super Blackhawks.
