I would like to seek out all and any owners of SVT-38's and compiled a list of the Serial numbers; factory of orgin; and other pertinent markings.

I wonder how many active, shooting SVT-38's are out there, perhaps not actually shooting,not even dry firing.
 
I'm not understanding your poll. I believe polls are supposed to have choices to check off, not questions that need a text answer?
